raise awareness and to help generate funds to support our work.
How community groups support our work
We enjoy working with community groups, clubs and societies by giving talks about our work and supporting their fundraising activities.
We know that these groups from part of the essential lifeblood of their local communities, and do everything we can do support what they do.
We work together with groups such as the WI, Rotary, Inner Wheel, Buffaloes, Masonic Lodges, golf clubs – and the like – to inform members about our work with preschool deaf children and also to help raise funds towards our life-changing activities.
Thank you for thinking about fundraising in your group, club or society to help deaf children learn to listen and talk.

Would your group, club or society like a visit from The Elizabeth Foundation tailored to suit your needs?
We can give a talk about our work, show a video presentation or just chat over coffee or tea about what we do.
Just let us know a little about your group / society and your facilities and we can provide a suitable talk.
We do not charge for our speaker’s attendance but as a charity we would always appreciate any donation or perhaps a collection, or we are happy to support any future fundraising efforts.
