Get ready to test your grit at Tough Mudder London South, the classic obstacle course challenge at Holmbush Estate, West Sussex on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2026. Choose a 5 km course with 12+ muddy obstacles or push yourself on the 15 km route with 20+ brutal challenges through wooded terrain, mud, water, climbs and crawls. Finishers earn the iconic orange headband, medal and finisher tee, and you can soak up the festival‑style Mudder Village afterwards.
