Sam Windridge joined our Board of Trustees in 2022.

Sam Windridge’s career to date has seen him hold several senior positions within the professional sports industry, including holding senior commercial positions at top-tier football and rugby clubs.  He has a broad skill set that covers marketing, sales, organisational change and litigation.  Sam currently holds a senior position at global technology provider CM.com.

Sam is a father of two and his eldest son, Frederick is an ex-pupil of The Elizabeth Foundation having been diagnosed with a bilateral hearing loss from birth.  Fred was a hearing aid wearer from 6 weeks and most recently, following a deterioration of his hearing, now is a Cochlear Implant wearer.  Sam’s experience with The Elizabeth Foundation brings a valuable perspective to the Board.

Sam is passionate about the role The Elizabeth Foundation has in the Deaf community and believes its unparalleled support and nurturing environment should be available to as many young people and family units as possible.
