Make your Will

If you already have a solicitor, or would feel more comfortable discussing your wishes in person, you may prefer to arrange a face-to-face appointment. if you do not have a solicitor, you can find one in your area via the Law Society website.
We would particularly recommend speaking directly with a solicitor if: your estate may be subject to inheritance tax; your circumstances are more complex (for example, involving trusts or overseas assets); or if there are concerns around capacity, such as serious illness or cognitive conditions

You can get started by visiting the Make a Will Online website and following the simple step-by-step process. Every Will is reviewed by a fully-qualified solicitor, and if you have any questions along the way, expert legal support is available.
For added reassurance, the service includes complimentary access to Capacity Vault, helping to safeguard your will and ensure your wishes are protected.
If you choose to make your Will online, we will receive information about you and your gift, such as when your Will was completed, the type of gift included, and basic contact details (e.g. name, year of birth, email and address). Where you have given permission, this allows us to thank you and keep you updated on the impact of your support.
We also understand that some supporters prefer to keep their decision entirely private. If you would rather remain anonymous, you can do so through the Make a Will Online website.
