The Elizabeth Foundation’s Impact Report 2018-19

The Elizabeth Foundation has published its latest Impact Report to celebrate and showcase the effect of its work on the lives of young deaf children and their families.

2018-19: meeting the needs of families and their children in a challenging environment

The Impact Report covers our activities during the school year from August 2018 to July 2019. This 12 month period has been a time of continued growth and development.

During 2018-19, we continued to provide our Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rated early years educational services for deaf babies, toddlers and preschoolers during a period when all statutory services are being increasingly stretched to capacity.

We worked in partnership with a wide range of organisations, ran another successful Summer Residential Programme, and started an exciting pilot to enable Teachers of the Deaf in local authorities to support families using our unique online Let’s Listen and Talk programme.
