How community groups and clubs can support our work

We enjoy working with community groups and societies (such as WI, Rotary, Inner Wheel, Buffaloes, Masonic Lodges, golf clubs, and the like) by giving talks about our work and supporting their fundraising activities.

Community talks

Would your group or society like a talk from The Elizabeth Foundation entitled "The Elizabeth Foundation: helping deaf preschool children learn to listen and talk"? We have developed the talk specially for community groups and we can tailor it to suit the needs of your group. Or we can chat about our work over coffee or show a video presentation. Just let us know a little about your group / society and the facilities at your meeting hall and we can provide a suitable talk.

If you belong to an organisation that invites guest speakers and you’d like to find out more please get in touch.

We do not charge for our speaker’s attendance but as a charity we would always appreciate any donation or perhaps a collection. Just £61 from a collection could fund a preschool session for a deaf child

To book a talk for your group or for further information please fill out the form or email [email protected]

Thank you for thinking about fundraising in your group to help deaf children learn to listen and talk.

It was an absolute delight to have been able to support such a magnificent, hard-working, and dedicated charity. I hope we will be able to help again in the future. You always feel elated by the passion shown by those involved ... their commitment to this highly specialist charity is truly awesome. You just can't help being humbled by this.
